Description

A hybrid style that breaks the boundaries of hat design to create a new icon, the Linda is a manifesto for Barbisio’s philosophy. Made from a raw felt made from extra-fine 16 micron wool and precious cashmere.

Sculpted especially by hand by our master hatters, this experimental style opens up new scenarios in the field of hat design. The visor, folding out of the crown, is interrupted, giving way to a bucket brim around the rest of the hat.

All our hats are handcrafted in Biella: please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Experimental and original, the Linda hat embodies Barbisio’s ongoing exploration of new formal and aesthetic languages to create unexpected contemporary headwear icons. A manifesto piece that pushes forward the Italian tradition of hat design. 

  



CARE

Looking after your Barbisio felt hat can increase its longevity. Brush it regularly with a soft-bristled brush in a counter-clockwise direction. To clean it, use steam from your iron, making sure it doesn’t touch the hat, or treat it with a warm, damp cotton cloth. Wipe the leather sweatband, if it has one, with a sponge and a little Marseille soap. Store in a dry place, using a product to keep moths away. Never put your Barbisio hat in the washing machine, as it will lose its shape and shrink.
