Description

A bold baseball cap inspired by the protective headgear used in the sport, with the protections sculpted directly into the crown. The Elio is a true and unmistakable contemporary headwear icon. 

The hat is fashioned using a single piece of premium blend felt steam by our master hatters, following the guides chiselled into the original mould. The sculptural result recalls the distinctive shape and details of a five-panel cap, with calibrated proportions and a regular fit.

All our hats are handcrafted in Biella: please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

CARE

Looking after your Barbisio felt hat can increase its longevity. Brush it regularly with a soft-bristled brush in a counter-clockwise direction. To clean it, use steam from your iron, making sure it doesn’t touch the hat, or treat it with a warm, damp cotton cloth. Wipe the leather sweatband, if it has one, with a sponge and a little Marseille soap. Store in a dry place, using a product to keep moths away. Never put your Barbisio hat in the washing machine, as it will lose its shape and shrink.
